Well, there's one porn star out there that can say she's worked with an Oscar-winning director, and it'd be truth (nope, sleeping with one for pay doesn't count). Director Steven Soderbergh, who happily romps on two vastly different playgrounds, the blockbuster (the Ocean's movies) and the indie (sex, lies and videotape), found a well-respected porn star — or excuse us, adult film actress — to put a camera on and document the "girlfriend experience," an a la carte item that said high-end call girl Sasha Grey offers with zeal. In other words, Grey doesn't just f--k and run; she'll stick around and cuddle, maybe even listen to your feelings if you're willing to shell out 2000 bones per hour (what pun?). In this 77-minute modest-budget cut, we learn that Sasha, despite the many glamorous accolades she's previously received like: Best Group Sex Scene and Best Three-Way Scene — the girl deals with some BS. She's got a boyfriend she's got to appease (can she help it if she makes $1,875 more per hour than his personal-trainer ass?), she's got clients wearing Depends 24/7 and her apartment is amidst a street-drummer hubbub.
