Top Chef Finale, Part 1

Last week, Padma ordered Leah to pack up her knives (finally!), and with that, the handsy "adultery" arc between Leah and Hosea came to an end. Hosea is left with three remaining chef-testants that he doesn't suck face with: Stefan, Fabio and Carla. Post a brief hiatus, all four will reunite in delicious New Orleans, and both Stefan and Fabio, bald 'n' proud, will raise an eyebrow at Fabio's Mohawk and Carla's sleek blowout. Don't worry; the rest of this supersized 75-minute episode will become gastro-centric once the Katrina-sized twist rears its yummy head. The chef that couldn't get his/her noggin back in the quickfired nature of Top Chefing will be ordered out of the Bayou — will it be Carla (best known for, uh, yogurt soup), Hosea (the seafood guy that thinks it's OK to use canned crab), Fabio (who is not a fan of breakfast, WTF) or Stefan (who screwed up a dying man's last meal request)?
