Top Chef Finale, Part 2

That Katrina-sized twist we mentioned last week? Yeah, it happened all right. And personally, we were pleased that it did because (a) Jeff deserved a second chance for getting booted on a ceviche-for-the-Superbowl dish (it looked decent!) when Fabio overcooked his entire dish because he was busy hammin' up his audience, and (b) the remaining chef-testants needed the extra fiery butt-kicking. But alas, Jeff didn't last and neither did Fabio, and the three cookers left are: Stefan, Hosea and Carla. Whatever kind of Nawlins cookin' they'll be whippin' up, it's clear that the finalists are pleased to have the thoughtful Gail Simmons back as a judge. However, gulp, filler judge Toby Young will round out the judges' table with his infamous (and very annoying) analogies for the final knives-packing session Padma will initiate. And then will the new Top Chef be revealed.
