With Inside New Orleans High, the National Geographic Channel ventures indoors for a change, and the result is riveting and gritty--and not in that Wild Kingdom sort of way. The documentary (premiering Oct. 26 at 10/9c), which may very well be the best (albeit most heartbreaking) thing we've ever seen from the network, goes inside one of America's most violent high schools, New Orleans' Walter L. Cohen High, to follow a select group of students who, statistically speaking, have a very low chance of succeeding.
