Actress Nicole Ari Parker is adding entertainment correspondent to her resume after landing a gig on a radio show. The Soul Food star will serve as the special celebrity reporter for America’s Café Mocha radio show, alongside comedienne/TV host Loni Love, rapper MC Lyte and radio host Angelique Perrin.
Show creator and executive producer Shelia Eldridge says, “Nicole has been guest-hosting the show since November 2013 and the response from the listening audience was overwhelming.
“As the only mother of the show, she offered inside into parenting and other challenges the working mom faces. Her perspective and insight on issues and topics was a welcomed addition to the show and we knew we had to keep her in the mix.”
