Amanda Seyfried and Emma Roberts become bag ladies for Fendi film

Pals Amanda Seyfried and Emma Roberts have lived out their handbag dreams for a new Fendi campaign.
The stars appear in the new #BaguetteFriendsForever short film, marking the latest Baguette bags, which launched in 1997.
In the video, filmed inside the Fendi flagship store in New York, the actresses find themselves alone in a handbag heaven and model the luxe purses as Fatboy Slim’s Praise You soundtracks the footage.
“Erasing the boundaries between reality and dream, the short movie captures Emma Roberts and Amanda Seyfried sharing a whimsical experience of discovery of the Fendi Baguette world,” a brand representative says. “Hypnotic lights, blurred images, intriguing light reflections… the Fendi New York flagship with its mesmerising Baguette Dream Room installation becomes the enchanting set for two girls consolidating their friendship in the name of authenticity and fun.”
Sharing her thoughts about the classic Baguette design, American Horror Story star Emma tells People.com, “The Baguette bag can go with anything like a simple jeans and T-shirt, or a dress. I love to mix my Baguette bag with a vintage slip-dress or denim. I like the contrast of mixing a high-end piece with something vintage.”
Fendi reissued the Baguette at 2019 Milan Fashion Week to much fanfare, with the #BaguetteFriendsForever campaign featuring Sarah Jessica Parker, influencer Caroline Daur, and model Ebonee Davis.
