Model-turned-actress Amber Valletta has reportedly checked into the Meadows rehabilitation center in Arizona, suffering “stress” and “image issues.”
The Hitch star, 32, is also struggling with a non-substance related addiction, reports the New York Daily News.
The newspaper claims Valletta, who is married to former Olympic volleyball player Christian McCaw, entered Meadows last week and will leave today.

Her representative has been unavailable for comment.
Former celebrity detoxees of Meadows include Kate Moss, Matthew Perry, Whitney Houston and Backstreet Boy A.J. McLean.
