Amy Schumer treats generous store girl to new $2,000 mattress

Amy Schumer left a Chicago mattress store employee stunned by treating her to a new $2,000 (GBP1,500) bed support for letting the Trainwreck star use her toilet.
The comedienne was caught short while out jogging in the city this week (beg17Apr17) and ran into the Six Corners Mattress Firm hoping to use the bathroom.
Assistant Sagine Lazarre had no idea who the sweaty woman was at the time but agreed to let her pee.
On her way out, a relieved Amy asked Lazarre which mattress was her favourite – and then bought it for her as a thank you.
The bewildered staffer gladly accepted the gift, explaining she and her daughter had recently moved into a new apartment.
But it wasn’t until Schumer had left the store that Sagine realised who she had been talking to.
“I’m still shocked,” she told Chicago’s WGN News. “After she left, I Googled her name. The lady that was right there talking to me is Amy Schumer. It was amazing. Unbelievable.”
