Andy Dick’s on/off partner files for restraining order

The mother of Andy Dick’s two kids has filed for a restraining order against the troubled funnyman.
Lena Sved filed documents in Los Angeles on Tuesday (20Feb18), requesting court-ordered protection from Dick.
According to TMZ, lawmakers have classified this as a domestic violence case, but it’s unclear what she’s alleging Dick did.
The couple, which shares two adult children, has been on and off for decades. The pair appeared on reality show Celebrity Wife Swap in 2013, even though they weren’t together at the time.
The restraining order drama is the latest in a long line of problems for Dick, who was fired from independent movie Raising Buchanan last year (17) following claims of sexual harassment, inappropriate behaviour, and misconduct on set.
Two sources told The Hollywood Reporter he had groped people’s genitals, propositioned at least four members of the production, and kissed and licked others.
Dick confirmed he had been let go from his small role, and said the kissing and licking was his way of trying to be funny and hopefully score a date.
He said, “I’m not trying to sexually harass people. I didn’t grab anybody’s genitals. Of course I’m going to proposition people. I’m single, depressed, lonely and trying to get a date. They can just say no, and they probably did and then I was done… I don’t know the difference between sexual harassment and trying to get a date. In the ’70s, all the girlfriends I got was by kissing and licking their cheek. I don’t know anymore.”
He was also accused of stealing a necklace from a man on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles back in 2014, but the case was dropped by prosecutors after he gave the bling back.
