Angelina Jolie is set to unveil her diary in a new documentary
special on the poverty crisis in Africa.
The brunette beauty has filmed a series on her travels in Kenya, and will
debut it on MTV on Sept. 14.
The Diary of Angelina Jolie & Dr. Jeffrey Sachs in Africa follows the actress
and doctor’s travels to the impoverished villages of Sauri where they witness
firsthand the devastation that has occurred due to a lack of food, clean water
and health care.

Jolie says, “We are at a unique threshold in human history, where the crisis
we face in Africa is matched only by our degree of hope that we can and will be
a force for positive change.”
