Anthony Edwards to make Broadway debut in Children of a Lesser God

Actor Anthony Edwards is set to take the New York stage in the upcoming Broadway revival of Children Of A Lesser God.
The former ER star will appear in the production alongside Joshua Jackson and Lauren Ridloff at the Studio 54 theatre.
The drama, which centres on a teacher who falls in love with a deaf former student, marks Edward’s Broadway debut.
The play is set to be directed by Tony-winner Kenny Leon, whose previous credits include A Raisin in the Sun and Holler If Ya Hear Me.
Previews of the show will begin on 22 March (18), while opening night is slated for 11 April (18).
The show won three Tony Awards in 1980 and inspired the 1986 film of the same name, starring William Hurt and Marlee Matlin.
