Comic book blockbuster Aquaman has been pushed back two months and will now hit U.S. cinemas days before Christmas, 2018.

Jason Momoa’s much-anticipated movie was scheduled to open on 5 October, 2018, but now it will get a holiday release thanks to Avatar 2.

Director James Cameron recently confirmed his sequel won’t be ready by the end of 2018, so Aquaman will take its place in the release schedule.
