Modern Family star Ariel Winter had a rough start to 2018 after her rental home was targeted with dog poop.
The teenage actress and her boyfriend, Levi Meaden, decided to start the New Year with a get away, and rented out an Airbnb.
The couple settled in and then headed out for lunch onto to find someone had hurled excrement at the pad.
“I come back from lunch to find s**t thrown all over the front of the house I’m staying in,” the 19-year-old shared with fans. “I will find you with these cameras and you are f**ked.
“I still can’t believe someone threw (poo) all over my Airbnb… like bruh I just got here with my scrabble chiiiiiiillllllll. Never been happier to go home.”
Clearly upset by the incident, Ariel praised her boyfriend for being with her throughout the ordeal: “I also just have to say… through all of this s**t (literally) @LeviMeaden is my rock and I couldn’t be luckier. I love you.”
An Airbnb spokesperson has since told People the matter has been resolved, adding, “Our host reported this issue to us and immediately resolved it for our guest during the reservation. A neighbor’s child was playing near the listing and caused the unfortunate damage.
“We have reached out to our guest to offer additional support. We work hard to make sure every guest has a great experience and want to make it right when things don’t go as expected.”
