Arnold Schwarzenegger hit with prison lawsuit

Hollywood hardman Arnold Schwarzenegger is facing a lawsuit from more than 20 U.S. prisoners who allege he kept them detained in a disease-ridden jail while governor of California. A group of 22 current and former prison inmates are suing officials after a bout of Valley Fever swept through their cells in 2009, when The Terminator actor was in power.
They allege officials kept them housed in a California prison knowing the deadly disease had already claimed the lives of 30 other inmates.
Now it has emerged Schwarzenegger is also named on the lawsuit as a respondent, along with incumbent California Governor Jerry Brown.
The convicts are seeking costs for medical care and damages.
