Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis Refuse to Share Photos of Children on Social Media

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have shared the reason they choose not to post photos of their children on social media.

The couple, who are parents to 10-month-old son Dimitri and three-year-old daughter Wyatt, prefer to keep images of their family private.

“We have a private social network that we share stuff with the families so the grandparents can see the kids and stuff,” Kutcher revealed in an interview with Thrive Global Podcast on iHeartRadio. “But we don’t share any photos of our kids publicly because we feel that being public is a personal choice.”

The Ranch actor added he prefers that his decision to lead a life in the spotlight does not affect his children.

“My wife and I have chosen a career where we’re in the public light, but my kids have not so I think they have the right to choose that,” Kutcher shared.

Kutcher’s decision isn’t based on fearing for his children’s safety but rather not wanting to exploit his children.

“I actually don’t think that they should have images of them as children that somebody could potentially blackmail with or do whatever,” he said. “It’s their private life, it’s not mine to give away. Your social profile is yours to create not for someone else to create for you.”
