Audrina Patridge’s ex-husband misses custody exchange – report

Reality TV star Audrina Patridge reportedly flew into a panic on America’s Independence Day after her ex-husband failed to show to hand over custody of their young daughter.
The Hills star shares three-year-old Kirra with BMX biker Corey Bohan, and according to the terms of their split agreement, he was supposed to return the girl to her mother at California’s Costa Mesa Police Department on Thursday morning (04Jul19) at 10am local time.
However, Bohan was a no show, while he is also accused of ignoring frantic calls and text messages from Patridge demanding to know their whereabouts.
To make matters worse, the incident occurred as southern California was rocked by a 6.4 magnitude earthquake.
Police officials conducted a welfare check with a visit to Bohan’s home, where he was found with his daughter.
According to TMZ, he insisted it was his turn to spend Independence Day with Kirra, but when the custody agreement was checked and Bohan was found to be incorrect, he agreed to meet Patridge to hand over their daughter that evening.
Sources suggest Patridge is keen to file a contempt of court order against Bohan, although she has yet to lodge any official paperwork.
The former couple moved to divorce in 2017 after just 10 months of marriage, and it was finalised last year (18).
