Bananarama regroup as a trio for new hits tour

British pop trio Bananarama have regrouped for a winter tour.
Siobhan Fahey has agreed to join bandmates Sara Dallin and Keren Woodward on the road in November and December (17), according to a note on the Venus hitmakers’ Twitter page.
Fahey, who was also a member of Shakepears Sister, left the group in 1988 and Dallin and Woodward have been performing as a duo.
Sara tells The Sun newspaper, “Keren and I called Siobhan to chat about it (reunion) and things went from there.”
“By the time I managed to come over to talk about it, somehow it had become a done deal, the dates had been scheduled and we had a photoshoot arranged,” Fahey explains. “It’s pretty nerve wracking for me… I’m rusty to say the least… (but) emotionally it felt like something I needed to revisit, to go back to my roots and that time with my best friends.
“We’re going to go back and celebrate that extraordinary life we led together in our twenties.”
