Behind-the-scenes Full House TV movie in the works

Actors JOHN STAMOS and BOB SAGET are set to have their lives played out on the small screen in a new made-for-TV movie about their popular family sitcom FULL HOUSE.
Bosses at America’s Lifetime network have announced plans for The Unauthorized Full House Story, a movie giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at what supposedly happened while the cast filmed the hit show from 1987 to 1995.
According to Lifetime bosses, the movie will “look at the rise of the cast and the pressure on them to balance the idyllic family life on the show with the more complicated reality of their own lives outside the series, but it will also look at the warm bond that grew up between the cast as the show became one of America’s most beloved family sitcoms.”
Full House centred on single father Danny Tanner (Saget) who raises his three young daughters (Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen) with the help of his brother-in-law (Stamos) and best friend (Dave Coulier).
Lifetime chiefs have recruited the same executive producers from last year’s (14) hit The Unauthorized Saved by the Bell Story, a similar insider’s look into the teen sitcom.
The news of the film comes days after Stamos confirmed reports of a reboot on Netflix called Fuller House, which will star Cameron Bure and Sweetin, 20 years after the original series ended.
