Beresford-Redman loses custody of his children

Mexican prosecutors have filed a formal request with U.S. authorities to extradite the Survivor boss after he left the country as police investigated the death of his partner Monica, whose body was found in a sewer near the hotel where the couple was holidaying in April (10).

The reality TV producer, who has been living in California, has vowed to fight the extradition, but he has now lost custody of his two children, as concerned relatives fought to care of the youngsters, according to Fox News.

His parents, David and Juanita Beresford-Redman, were made temporary guardians as their son’s legal problems spiralled and a judge in Los Angeles made the custody agreement official on Wednesday (10Nov10), turning down separate requests from his late wife Monica’s sisters.
