Halle Berry has reached an out-of-court settlement with a woman who sued the actress following a February 2000 car accident, according to The Associated Press. At that time, Berry was ordered to pay fines of more than $13,000 and forced to serve 200 hours of community service. Hetal Raythatha sued Berry for negligence in the accident, which left Raythatha with a broken wrist and Berry with a gash on her forehead. The lawsuit alleged that Berry was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Details of the settlement have not been released.
