Beyonce books 11-hour sessions at dance studio ahead of Coachella

Beyonce has upped her rehearsal time in the dance studio ahead of her headlining show at the Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival in April (18).

The 36-year-old singer is putting in the hours ahead of her show at the annual festival in Indio, California to ensure a flawless performance after her pregnancy with twins Rumi and Sir meant she was forced to withdraw in 2017 on the advice of her doctors.

According to editors at TMZ.com, the Drunk in Love star has booked 11-hour choreography sessions at a Los Angeles dance studio for herself and her backing dancers, and up to seven security guards have also been employed to ensure she can prepare with no interruptions.

The countdown to Beyonce’s highly anticipated show began in March, when the singer announced that she would be starting a 44-day plant-based diet in preparation for her comeback on 14 April, followed by another headlining set the weekend after.

Beyonce shared a snap of herself on Instagram looking svelte in formation with her dancers, with the caption: “44 days until Coachella!! Vegan Time!!”

Another post revealed a meal of avocado toast with mint and red jalapeno.

The Crazy In Love hitmaker is reportedly having six meals professionally-prepared for her every single day.

“She’s getting her private chef to prepare portion-controlled dishes and is eating six times a day at super-specific times, starting with a morning smoothie and having snacks and salads throughout the day,” a source told Heat magazine.

The singer recently announced her On The Run II stadium tour with husband JAY-Z.
