Nadine Coyle comes to defence of Girls Aloud pal Sarah Harding

Nadine Coyle jumped to the defence of her former Girls Aloud bandmate Sarah Harding in a string of passionate tweets on Thursday night (24Aug17).
Sarah, 35, has been hitting headlines with her appearance on British reality series Celebrity Big Brother, thanks to her consumption of alcohol despite previously attending rehab and her relationship with The Bachelorette hunk Chad Johnson even though she has a boyfriend on the outside.
However, Nadine took to Twitter to reveal some “inside info” about her friend on Thursday, in a bid to change the public opinion of her.
“(Sarah) is a very natural being. She dwells on her feelings and acts of them. It is what makes her so unique,” Nadine began, before adding, “Those of us who know and love her know that the support from you guys will mean the world to her.”
She then concluded: “If I was there, no one would DARE utter a bad word about her.”
Nadine and Kimberley Walsh are the only former members of Girls Aloud to support Sarah, with the singer admitting on Celebrity Big Brother that she has lost touch with other bandmates Cheryl and Nicola Roberts.
Talking to her housemates about her time in the group, Sarah remembered: “I’m such a fun loving person when I’m on form and with the right people around me but I’m also really sensitive and my confidence was severely knocked over the last five or six years since the band ended.
“Nobody really tells you what to do when you’ve been up there for a majority of years. You’ve had a lot of crazy life changing scenarios happen during that time and then all of a sudden it’s gone.
“I hugely underestimated how big we were because I was in a bubble. I do miss them… I do miss them – but we are all grown up now.”
