Black Sabbath’s reunion tour and album successes have been marred by the death of a longtime former roadie. Eddie ‘The Rocker’ Norton, 62, was killed when he lost control of his motorbike in Thailand and crashed into a street sign.
Reports suggest he may have suffered a heart attack.
Norton was a close friend of Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi.
A memorial ceremony will be held at the Our Lady of Fatima Church in Quinton, England on Saturday (29Jun13).
