Country singer Brad Paisley has been honoured with the 2018 Randy Owen Angels Among Us award for the work he does on behalf of the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Tennessee.
The Celebrity hitmaker was a surprise guest at the 2018 St. Jude Country Cares seminar on Saturday night (13Jan18) in Memphis, where he was handed his latest accolade.
Last year’s recipient of the honour, Darius Rucker, was actually introduced to St. Jude by Paisley and Dierks Bentley in 2010. The only other recipients of the Angels Among Us award include Big & Rich star John Rich.
“This is the kind of place that changes you,” Paisley said while accepting the award.
