Pitch Perfect star Brittany Snow is facing a legal spat with a motorist she allegedly rear-ended at high speed.
Jose Erazo Gomez is suing the actress for the 2016 accident he claims left him with serious injuries.
He’s also going after Brittany’s mother, who was a passenger in her daughter’s car.
In legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Gomez claims he suffered shock and injury to his nervous system, and he is suing for unspecified damages.
