The Situation
The Situation is suing Abercrombie & Fitch for using his name and likeness to sell apparel without his consent. He's seeking $4 million in damages, and alleges that the company asked him and his fellow 'Jersey Shore' cast mates to stop wearing the brand as a publicity stunt.
Adele wrote on her website that she's recovering nicely after throat surgery. She stated, ""Thank you for all your positive thoughts and well wishes. I'm really doing well, on the mend, super happy, relaxed and very positive with it all. The operation was a success and I'm just chilling out now until I get the all clear from my doctors."

In the December issue of GQ, Jay-Z talked about how he's going to be a hands-on dad when the daughter he's expecting with Beyoncé is born in February. He said, "Providing -- that's not love. Miley Cyrus's followers on Twitter have made some hateful comments about the singer's weight recently, and this week she addressed their criticisms by tweeting, "By calling girls like me fat this is what you're doing to other people," and then linked to a photo of a skin-and-bones model. Cyrus added, "i love MYSELF & if you could say the same you wouldn't be sitting on your computer trying to hurt others."

The New York Post reported that Kim Kardashian hired an acting coach because she wants to make sure that the troubles she's having in her private life don't show through while she's playing the role of the marriage counselor in Tyler Perry's new movie, 'The Marriage Counselor.' Kim hired famed coach Susan Batson, who Nicole Kidman thanked while accepting the Best Actress Oscar for her role in 'The Hours.'
