The rocker filed documents on 27 October (11) to start divorce proceedings from Nikki Williams.
The 20 year old took to his Facebook.com page to reveal the news, writing, “WELL ITS OFFICAL (sic). THE DIVORCE IS SETTLED! ………………LADIES, DADDY IS BACK ahahahhahahaahh oh god! its on.”
The pair wed in New Orleans in April (11).

The short-lived marriage has been a tumultuous union – the pair was arrested in July (11) following domestic disputes. Weston entered rehab for a 30-day treatment program following the bust-ups.
