The model was driving a BMW owned by his new partner John Luciano when he was involved in a crash with two other cars on Wednesday (02Jan13).
Gruber, who was travelling with a female companion, suffered a broken nose and multiple bruises, and was taken to Sherman Oaks Hospital for treatment.
None of the other drivers or Gruber’s passenger were hurt in the accident, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.
