Camille Grammer countersuing ex-boyfriend over assault allegations

Kelsey Grammer’s ex-wife Camille is counter-suing her former boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos after he accused her of fabricating allegations suggesting he assaulted her in a Houston, Texas hotel last year (13). The reality TV star claimed she was left battered and bruised following a reported altercation between the then-couple in October (13), two days after undergoing surgery for endometrial cancer.
Camille Grammer was granted a three-year restraining order against Charalambopoulos in January (14), but in May (14), she was dealt a blow after her felony assault case against him was rejected by a grand jury due to a lack of evidence.
Charalambopoulos filed a defamation suit against Grammer last month (Jun14), but now she is hitting back with her own new legal action.
In her court papers, Grammer claims she has further photo proof of his allegedly abusive behaviour and has witnesses willing to give evidence against him.
She is demanding damages for her suffering, reports TMZ.com.
Camille divorced former Frasier star Kelsey in 2011.
