Casey Affleck and Summer Phoenix have reportedly agreed to share custody of their two children after finalizing their divorce.
Summer filed for divorce from the Oscar-winning actor in July (17), citing irreconcilable differences, and the couple filed papers to proceed with their split a month later (Aug17), stating they separated in November 2015.
According to TMZ.com, Summer and Casey have now agreed to joint custody of their two sons Indiana, 13, and Atticus, nine.
Previous reports had claimed that the divorce settlement ending their marriage gave Summer main custody of their children.
Affleck had reportedly asked the judge to deny Summer spousal support but they have now agreed a financial settlement, details of which have not been made public.
The Manchester by the Sea star, 42, began dating Summer, the 38-year-old sister of actor Joaquin Phoenix, 43, in 1999. They married in June 2006 – two years after the birth of their first child.
