Charlie’s Angels pushed back to fill Wonder Woman’s release slot

Elizabeth Banks’ Charlie’S Angels revamp has been pushed back five weeks.
The star-studded action film, featuring Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska, will now open on 1 November, 2019 – the date the Wonder Woman sequel was scheduled to debut, before Gal Gadot’s blockbuster was rescheduled to 5 June, 2020 on Monday (22Oct18).
Gadot herself announced the news on social media, writing: “Super excited to announce that, thanks to the changing landscape, we are able to put Wonder Woman back to its rightful home. June 5, 2020. Be there or be square!!!”
The first Charlie’s Angels movie, featuring Drew Barrymore, Lucy Liu, and Cameron Diaz, also opened on the first weekend of November back in 2000.
