The Maltese terrier fell ill with pancreatitis earlier this year (11) and the Glee star admits it was partly her fault.
She tells U.S. talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, “If you give your dog cheese it can cause pancreatitis and she got that because I love Cheese Whiz and I love Ritz crackers with cheese in it and that is not what you should give your dog.
“It’s bad and she had to go and get her stomach pumped, but she’s hanging in there.”
