Chloe Grace Moretz has confirmed her split from Brooklyn Beckham but insisted that they are still “friends”.
The Kick-Ass actress originally dated David and Victoria Beckham’s eldest son on and off from 2014 to 2016, and they rekindled their relationship in the fall of 2017. However, it appeared they had split when the budding photographer was pictured locking lips with model Lexi Wood in April (18).
Neither Chloe nor Brooklyn had publicly addressed the news until Monday night (30Jul18), when she appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
When asked if she was still in a couple with Brooklyn, she claimed that they were “friends” and she was happy with her single status.
“I’m OK. I’m single. I’m 21, I’m single, I’m good,” the star told the host.
Her interview came just hours after Brooklyn, 19, was spotted having lunch with rumoured girlfriend, aspiring model and singer Abi Manzoni, on Monday. In pictures obtained by the Mail Online, the pair was dressed casually in jeans and white T-shirts as they stepped out in Century City with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s son Jack.
During her appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Chloe was also asked about Kim Kardashian, who she got involved in a Twitter feud with in 2016 after she blasted the reality star for being a bad role model for posting a nude picture.
Kim sent a bunch of her new Kimoji Hearts fragrances to a list of her “haters”, including Chloe, earlier this year, but the Hugo actress shared that she never received the perfume personally.
“I didn’t even get it, my publicist just took it,” she admitted. “I didn’t even open it. I didn’t have it. No, I never saw it. I literally got a video of it from my publicist and they were like, ‘They sent this, so we just kept it.’ So, thanks?”
