Chris Brown has launched legal action against a woman who alleged he assaulted her during a night out in California. The Kiss Kiss singer hit headlines in June (13) when Deanna Gines claimed the star pushed her to the ground at the Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim.
Gines alleged she suffered torn ligaments in her right knee as a result of the incident, but police decided not to pursue the case.
She sued the singer over her alleged injuries, and now Brown has hit back with a countersuit, accusing her of lying and being “heavily intoxicated” at the club, according to TMZ.com.
