Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber have snapped up singer/songwriter Ryan Tedder’s Beverly Hills pad for a cool $12 million.
The OneRepublic star listed the Trousdale area estate at $12.75 million, but sources tell TMZ the Gerbers were able to shave almost a million off the price tag.
The couple has put its Malibu, California pad on the market for $65 million, and Rande and business partner George Clooney just sold their Casamigos tequila company for $1 billion.
