Cops in Los Angeles have reportedly launched an investigation over allegations Ashley Tisdale has been bombarded with more than 18,000 Twitter.com messages from an obsessed fan. The High School Musical star has received thousands of tweets since November (12) from an overzealous devotee, and a pal contacted the L.A. Police Department to report their concerns.
One message stated, “I’ll never lose u baby even in 20 years til infinity you’ll always b my best friend.”
According to editors at TMZ.com, the fan also showed up at Tisdale’s home recently. The website reports cops are planning to quiz a suspect.
