The Pretty in Pink star was joined by his Two and a Half Men co-stars Ashton Kutcher and Angus T. Jones and show creator Chuck Lorre as he accepted the 2,449th star in September (11) – and he couldn’t resist revisiting his accolade during a shopping trip.
But Cryer was left red-faced after he was spotted by tourists, who insisted on having their photograph taken with him.
He tells Britain’s Metro newspaper, “I do think this is deeply embarrassing but, yes, I went back by myself. I had to run an errand in Hollywood so I parked and just walked past it very quickly. I felt like a total dork but I was recognised by some German tourists, so they got to take a picture of me with them on top of the star.”
