The Twins star wed Cheers actress Perlman in January, 1982.
DeVito and Perlman’s representative, Stan Rosenfield, confirmed the break-up to ETonline.com on Monday (08Oct12).
The actors have three grown-up children together – Lucy, 29, Grace, 27, and Jacob Daniel, 25.
