When one fan asked “What would it take to get @DavidKHarbour to be the Officiant at my wedding in September?!” on Twitter, David replied: “125k retweets. Provided date works with s3 shooting schedule, I will get ordained and perform ceremony. I get to read an esteemed love letter of my choosing, and after the cake is officially cut, I get the very first piece. #allthecakes.”

David and co-stars including Winona Ryder and Millie Bobby Brown are expected to start shooting the third season of Stranger Things later this year.

It’s not the first time David has agreed to a fan’s request in exchange for retweets and favors.
California high school student Damaris Fregoso tweeted the actor in October, writing: “@DavidKHarbour how many retweets for you take my senior photos with me?”

“25k. And I get to wear the school sweatshirt and hold a trombone,” the actor responded.

After the post went viral and got more than 29,000 retweets, David stuck to his word, and later posted the finished pictures on his Instagram page alongside the caption: “Voted most likely to hijack someone’s high school senior photos 24 years later. Many thanks to @postydamaris and her kind family and @iamtommyg photography for making a dream come true and proving my high school classmates right!!”

In addition to posing for the picture, David also invited the student to the Los Angeles headquarters of Netflix, alongside her five-year-old nephew.
