David Hasselhoff’s actress daughter has been arrested in California after police officers found her passed out behind the wheel of her Mercedes on a freeway off-ramp.
Hayley Hasselhoff, 24, was arrested for DUI over the weekend (13May17) after witnesses called cops to report a woman snoozing.
When officers arrived on the scene they found Hayley passed out in the driver’s seat with her foot on the brake.
Sources tell TMZ the 24-year-old reeked of booze and failed a field sobriety test. She was arrested for DUI and was taken to a nearby hospital to be evaluated.
She was later booked.
The personal blow for her dad comes amid a career resurgence – Hasselhoff appears in the Guardians of the Galaxy sequel and the new Baywatch film.
The model/actress was also arrested for DUI in 2012 after she was pulled over on suspicion of speeding and drink-driving. She blamed her use of diet pills for a false positive breathalyzer test. A bench warrant for her arrest was issued in January, 2013 after she and her lawyer failed to attend an arraignment hearing.
Her driver’s license was subsequently suspended.
