Dean McDermott late with child support payments again – report

Dean Mcdermott’s ex-wife has accused the actor of falling behind on child support payments again due to his lavish lifestyle with Tori Spelling.
Mary Jo Eustice, who has an 18-year-old son named Jack with the star, filed court documents on Monday (16Oct17), claiming McDermott has missed his last three payments of $750 (£645) he is required to give her every other week.
According to records obtained by The Blast, Eustice has cited McDermott and Spelling’s spending habits as the reason he has not paid up. She also accuses the couple of living off his mother-in-law Candy Spelling’s estate.
“In the last 6 weeks he has been on 2 luxurious vacations, Iceland & The Four Seasons in Punta Mita (Mexico),” reads her court papers. “He resides in a 2 million estate paid by his mother-in-law Candy Spelling and he has no impetus to work.”
The 50-year-old wed Spelling in 2006 and is raising five children with the former 90210 actress. He was married to Eustice from 1993 to 2006, when McDermott began his relationship with Spelling.
Eustice maintains her former husband prefers to put his funds towards his children with Spelling rather than his teenage son.
“He bounces my son’s university rent/tuition… while he shops visibly and throws lavish parties for his other 5 children,” the documents continue.
The former couple is scheduled to appear in court next month (Nov17).
The missed payments violate an out of court agreement the two made in March (17), after Eustice took McDermott to court over his inability to pay spousal or child support totalling $100,000 (£75,000) over a two year period.
