Demi Moore has taken a big hit on her New York penthouse, selling it for $30 million below the asking price.
The actress’ San Remo building pad in Manhattan first hit the market in April, 2015 for $75 million before Demi dropped the price to $59 million.
The Ghost star has finally agreed to let it go for $45 million.
Moore and her ex-husband Bruce Willis purchased the penthouse, which overlooks Central Park in 1990.
The pad used to belong to entertainment mogul Robert Stigwood.
The San Remo has a history of famous tenants – Steven Spielberg, Glenn Close, Tiger Woods, Diane Keaton, and Dustin Hoffman have all lived there, while Madonna was famously rejected by the co-op board.
