The young lovers never spoke about their romance, but representatives for the pair confirmed the break-up news to UsMagazine.com on Tuesday (04Oct11), insisting the two stars would “remain friends”.
Titanic hunk DiCaprio ended his five-year relationship with on/off girlfriend Bar Refaeli in May (11) and Lively split from her Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgley in 2010.
