The Kentucky residents, whose names were withheld to protect their privacy, were partying at a West Virginia nightclub on 23 January (10) when they were allegedly sexually abused and battered by Dick.
The pair has since taken legal action against the Road Trip star for emotional distress, outrageous conduct, and assault and invasion of privacy and they’re now seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
But Dick’s attorney, Marc Williams, has dismissed the allegations, telling local publication Herald-Dispatch of Huntington the case is “only about getting money from a celebrity”.
Both men are currently involved in a pending criminal case against the star – Dick will face two counts of felony first-degree sexual abuse charges in May (12) after formerly pleading not guilty to grabbing a bouncer’s crotch and groping a patron at a comedy club.
It’s the comedian’s latest brush with the law – a Hollywood tourist recently filed a battery report with cops, accusing Dick of lashing out at him when he tried to take his photo.
