The Crocodile Dundee II star was charged with aggravated common assault for allegedly striking a pupil at a primary school in Carnarvon, Western Australia last July (10).
Dingo pleaded not guilty in October (10) and the case was due to go to trial later this month (Apr11), but the matter was settled at a mediation conference in the town last week (ends17Apr11). The charge has now been officially withdrawn.
