Donal Logue clarifies missing teenage daughter is not a runaway

Actor Donal Logue has clarified his daughter Jade is missing and isn’t a runaway.
The Gotham star, whose teenage daughter went missing on 26 June (17), took to social media to clarify that 16-year-old Jade is not a runaway and should be treated as a missing person. He also revealed he has enlisted the help of John Walsh, who is most famous for being the host of TV show America’s Most Wanted.
The criminal investigator, whose own son was abducted and murdered when he was just six-years-old, now hosts an investigative documentary series that profiles unsolved crimes and mysteries and is now involved in the search for Donal’s transgender teenager.
“Any info on JADE LOGUE, please call 1-800-THE-LOST, @john_walsh for LEO’s,” Logue posted on Twitter. “This child is MISSING-not a runaway- Special Category Missing.”
The actor also thanked John for his ongoing help and for others who were helping with the search.
To keep the investigation fresh in people’s minds, the devastated dad has been posting pictures of his transgender daughter, who changed her name from Arlo to Jade in 2016, on the social networking site.
On Wednesday he posted a picture of Jade with her arm around Sex and the City actor Gilles Marini.
“Jade hanging out in Brooklyn with Gilles Marini #wantuback,” he wrote. “This is an old picture (though recent) she is not back – that’s why we want her back.”
The father of two and his ex-wife Kasey Smith are desperate to discover the whereabouts of their daughter, who was last seen near the Barclays Center in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, over a week ago.
