Drake makes U.S. pop chart history with 203rd Hot 100 mention

Drake has become the first solo artist to pass 200 mentions on America’s Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The prolific rapper has debuted six tracks from his ninth number one album Care Package on the new countdown, taking his tally to 203.

Only the Glee cast has more, with 207.

Drake started his run of hits with Best I Ever Had in May, 2009 and he now has exactly 40 more Hot 100 hits than rap pal Lil Wayne.

The Canadian star’s biggest hit on the new chart is Trust Issues, which debuts at 58.

Of the 203 hits he’s charted, 35 have hit the top 10 and a record 99 have reached the top 40. He has also spent 49 weeks at number one with six tracks.
