Drew Barrymore Launches Lifestyle Brand

Drew Barrymore is expanding her lifestyle offerings with a new fashion brand.

The actress already helms popular cosmetics line Flower Beauty, but now she’s getting ready to add fashion to her resume with Dear Drew, an apparel and accessories label which launched on Amazon Fashion on Tuesday (24Oct17).

“We’re delighted to be teaming up with Drew Barrymore to debut her new brand on Amazon Fashion,” said Amazon Fashion director Kate Dimmock, going on to praise the star’s “impressive career and creative energy” and “free-spirited style.”

Dear Drew is described as a “love letter” to women around the world, and is made up of apparel, handbags, jewelry, luggage, hair tools, lingerie and loungewear. Prices range from $28 to $248.

The Charlie’s Angels star poses in the first imagery for Dear Drew, sporting a black T-shirt, red skirt and matching red clutch bag, with the slogan You Are Strong boldly written across it.

Drew is the latest actress to try her hand at lifestyle gear, following in the footsteps of Reese Witherspoon, who founded Draper James, The Honest Company’s Jessica Alba, and Gwyneth Paltrow, who started the trend with her Goop website.

The 42-year-old proved her commitment to cosmetics earlier this year when Flower Beauty launched an e-commerce site, expanding its reach further than just the U.S., where the products are sold at Walmart. Drew also previously announced plans to add more shades to the line, in order to make it more inclusive.
