Dwayne Johnson introduced Baywatch castmates to ‘butt glue’

Action man Dwayne Johnson helped his female Baywatch co-stars avoid awkward wedgies on set by introducing them to a substance known as “butt glue”.
Model and actress Kelly Rohrbach reveals she had never heard of the special adhesive used by wrestlers to remain cool and comfortable in the ring until Dwayne suggested the ladies use them on their skin to prevent their lifeguard swimsuits from riding up onset.
“He actually taught me about butt glue… something they use in wrestling,” she shared during an appearance on U.S. breakfast show Today. “We were all struggling with our suits.”
“Everyone, when you see the movie, stay for the bloopers, because they (filmmakers) have us (on camera) picking wedgies…!” she laughed. “But yeah, that’s what the wrestlers used to do, they used to glue their suits on…!”
Co-star Ilfenesh Hadera added, “I’d always heard (wrestlers use) hairspray, but Dwayne says butt glue all the way!”
Aside from the initial wedgies the actresses encountered, Kelly recently revealed getting to don the famous red Baywatch swimsuits was a real dream, because it sucked in any bulges.
“It’s (made of) scuba material, which is awesome because it’s literally like wearing Spanx that suck you right in,” she explained to Cosmopolitan magazine. “I was like, ‘Cheeseburgers? No problem. Just zip that thing up and it’s like it never happened!'”
In the new movie, Kelly takes over as CJ Parker, the role made famous by Pamela Anderson in the original 1990s TV series the film is based on.
Baywatch also stars Zac Efron, Priyanka Chopra, and Alexandra Daddario, and hits cinemas this week (begs22May17).
