Ed Sheeran performs for patients at Boston Children’s Hospital

Ed Sheeran delighted sick fans at the Boston Children’s Hospital in Massachusetts on Saturday (23Sep17) by making a surprise appearance.
The Shape of You hitmaker took some time out of his preparations for his second consecutive gig at Boston’s TD Garden on Saturday night to stop by the medical centre’s entertainment area, the Ryan Seacrest Studios, where he performed for young patients and took part in a chat with the kids.
He also took a song request from a little girl, who begged the singer to belt out LEGO House.
“Ed said he hadn’t sang it in a long time, but he’d do (so) by her request,” one eyewitness told People.com.
The British pop star also made one boy’s dreams come true by serenading him with a rendition of Happy Birthday.
“Honestly, he was an A+ class act,” the source added.
Ed continued to hang out with the group of 100 kids, posing for photographs and signing autographs, after the performance, while he also recorded video messages for those sick patients unable to make it to Ryan Seacrest Studios to meet the star in person, before leaving the youngsters with an autographed guitar.
